We always try to remain accessable to both our current clients as well as potential ones and have added text messaging to our line-up of contact options. There are, of course, limitations to this medium. Our cell phone is not always on and, even then, reception can be spotty. If you do send a text message, your reply will be via voice or e-mail since we currently use an ancient Motorola i60c from Sprint/Nextel that can recieve text messages but not send them. When will we get a new one? Probably when this one wears out completely!
Just in case our mobile is not on when you text us, a copy of your message will be e-mailed to us as well as your e-mail address. Please remember that repeated text messages on the same subject won't make us turn on the phone or respond any quicker. Indeed, it just may have the opposite effect!
